1)  Drink water

Water is the answer for all your medical issues; it helps flush out the dangerous poisons delivered in the body because of poor dietary patterns, stationary way of life. Drink loads of water or simply add some lemon and nectar to make it more beneficial. Not exclusively will it help keep your body hydrated yet additionally will leave your skin sparkling.

2) Healthy breakfast

kick start your day with a healthy  and heavy breakfast. Breakfast is an important meal because it breaks the overnight fasting period, replenishes your supply of glucose and provides other essential nutrients to keep your energy levels up throughout the day.

3) Skin care

Take care of your skin with natural and healthy ingredients. It shouldn’t be only your overall health but also you skin that needs some attention. Use natural kitchen ingredients rather than chemical products on your skin.

4) Exercise daily

Regular physical activity can improve your muscle strength and boost your endurance. Exercise delivers oxygen and nutrients to your tissues and helps your cardiovascular system work more efficiently. And when your heart and lung health improve, you have more energy to tackle daily chores. Give atleast 30 minutes for exercise from your schedule.

5) Do not cut out food groups

Aim to get 2 to 3 servings of lean protien, 3 servings of calcium, and 3 to 5 servings of healthy grains daily. Each meal (and some snacks) should include at least 1 fruit or vegetable. Moderation is the key to a healthy you!

6) Do not stress

Stress seems to worsen or increase the risk of conditions like obesity, heart disease, blood pressur and many other health problems. So, stop taking stress and focus on other positive things which makes you happy.

7)Body check up

Go for a complete body check up once every 6 months. In order to take care of others in the family, you neglect minute health problems you generally go through. Regular health exams and tests can help find problems before they start.

8) Aviod smoking and alcohol

Smoking and drinking cut short your lifespan, also make you look a lot older and dull. While occasional drinking is fine, making it a lifestyle habit is extremely dangerous.

Winter has set in,and it’s the time that you must pay extra attention and care to your hair to prevent it from the damaging effect of the dry and dreary weather.
In winter,your hair tends to get super dry and frrizy. Listed below are some remedies to maintain quality of your hair durings winters.

1)HOT OIL TREATMENT

Coconut Oil
You can take any of the oils like olive oil,jojoba oil,almond oil or coconut oil.Take any of the oil in a bowl or equal portion of all oils in a bowl and heat it
for four to five minutes.Apply this lukewarm oil with the help of your finger tips to your entire hair and scalp.Massage the oil for five to ten minutes and wrap a hot towel.Leave it for an hour or two and then rinse off using a mild shampoo.

2)EGG WHITES

Take two egg whites and four tablespoon of water in a bowl,blend it till you a get a white foam. Apply this foam to your entire hair and leave it for an hour. Wash it away with plain water and then shampoo.

3)RICE MILK


Prepare rice milk by grinding rice along with water. Then mix a cup of rice milk and two or three tablespoons of honey. Apply this mixture to the hair strands,tips and scalp. Leave it for 20 minutes and then rinse it off with plain water. This will give you smooth and shiny hair within minutes.

4)BANANA AND AVOCADO

 

Banana and avocado both are magical for treatment of hair,especially for dry hair. Get one ripe banana and two ripe avocado’s in a bowl and mix or blend it well so that there will be no lumps in it. Apply this mixture to entire hair and scalp. Cover it with a shower cap ad leave it for 25-30 minutes. Rinse it off with plain water and mild shampoo.

5)TEA

After you wash your hair with the shampoo,use instant tea and mix it in lukewarm water,and use this mixture as final rinse. Tea helps in protecting the hair color and helps in giving your hair a nice shine. So,use tea for dark hair and chamomile tea for blonde hair. You can also use tea with lemon juice to cause warmness to your hair. Your hair seems to silky and bouncy after cleaning hair with lemon juice and tea solution.

6)BUTTER

 

Take a small amount butter and massage it into your hair and scalp. Then cover your hair with a shower cap and leave it for about 15-20 minutes. Wash your hair with your regular shampoo and rinse all the butter out. Butter will give your dry and brittle hair a glossy shine.
